We are recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor at Riverway Foods - Harlow. This would suit someone who is currently a Hygiene Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge or someone who looking to take a step up.
As our new Hygiene Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the Hygiene functions of our site on a day to day basis, ensuring the highest standards of Hygiene are delivered at all times.
Role responsibilities:
Providing overall leadership and direction to the hygiene community by ensuring people are engaged focused and able to deliver their potential at all times.
Working closely with the Hygiene Manager to ensure the wider Hygiene team have the necessary training plans and support in place to assist their ongoing development in order to meet the needs of the business.
You will be responsible for providing support with any visits or audits that take place on site.
You will focus on monitoring and reviewing the performance of the overall hygiene team ensuring the highest of standards are adhered to at all time, in addition to identifying areas of improvement.
Our ideal candidate:
Previous hygiene experience essential
Experience preferably with a Food industry background but training will be given to the right candidate.
Be an experienced supervisor/team leader.
Hands on approach to working.
Good attention to detail.
