Supply Chain Stock Controller

Riverway Foods, now part of the CPC Group, produces quality sausages, with all our pork sourced from British high welfare farms. We supply leading retailers, including Aldi and Tesco. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Stock Controller to join our busy team.
We are looking for someone who cares about stock control and knows what good looks like, providing real value to the business. In this role you will be reporting to our Production Supervisor.
Other responsibilities in this role:
Completing accurate stock counts daily and as required
Scanning and barcode stock management
Investigating stock discrepancies and providing thorough and accurate investigation and resolution of anomalies
Preparing goods for production lines and for process, including packaging
Delivering continuous improvements and being accountable for own work
Working on stock control systems such as SFDC
Looking after stock control measures – including first in, first out/use-by dates.
Ensuring raw materials are stored correctly and within designated areas
Who we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
An understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel
System savvy
Understanding of factory systems advantageous
